Recently had diagnostic my 2002 Mazda (626) I have a misfire (refer to photo) approach?process of eliminate replaced air filter, spark plugs, checked plugwires what's mynext economical approach

If you know this is a "misfire" then you need to isolate which cylinder is misfiring. Once uou have done this the only items in the sequence would be the plug, wire, if this model has separate coils, the coil. If it has a distributor, the distributor cap and rotor. If it is electronic fuel injection, it is possible the injector is bad which would effect performance, but don't know if you would notice it as a misfire.

Engine misfires. Battery dead/fixed. Po303 code: Changed plugs/wires, code cleared/reappeared. Misfiring again. Po420 code/then cleared. Po306 code. Replaced coil tower. Misfired again..

You either have a bad catalytic converter causing too much back pressure or you are running rich. I think cylinder 3 and 6 are on the same side of the engine (except opposite banks) right? Locate the fuel pressure regulator. Is it on the same side? I've seen those go bad and allow fuel to be sucked into the vacuum line causing a rich condition/ misfire on two or three cylinders on that side of the engine.

Code random misfire

Random misfires usually happen when the spark jumps from one wire to another out of sequence. The cause can be bad wires or you can have a cracked coil-pak. The coil-pak can be bench checked at some autoparts stores. Another possible problem is the Crankshaft sensor which lets the engine know the position of the crankshaft before firing the sparkplug.

Sometimes you can observe the wires arcing when the engine is running in the dark. You may also be able to mist the engine with water using an old spray bottle. The wires should be well enough insulated to withstand the extra water and if the wires don't they need to be replaced.
The Code for a Random misfire may eventually set to the problem sparkplug wire or plug. Even knowing which side of the engine is causing the misfire can help to narrow down an individual coil-pak or wire.

I have a 2005 sienna with 100,00 miles i got hit with multi misfire codes. I changed spark plugs but now i have error P0305 cylinder #5 misfire. i swapped out coils to see if the misfires moves but no...

With a misfire...its usually plugs, plug wires, and coil packs.
Sounds like you've done, make sure plug wire is seated real well at each end.
(its usually the connection points that get corroded or dirty...or a crack in the wire insulation allows the spark to shoot to the nearest ground.)

I have seen the plugs get fouled out by water entering the cylinder...rare, but happens.

Hope this helps...

Misfires at low speeds and engine light has since come on

I had this problem with my Chrysler product. It turned out to be a burned exhaust valve.
It could also be a bad spark plug or a bad plug wire.
You need to verify which cyclinder is causing the misfire. Best way to do this is to have it hooked up to a engine analyzer at your Chrysler dealer.
Once you have located the culprit change either the plug or the wire or both and see if that solves your problem. You can reset the engine light by disconnecting the "+" battery terminal lead for about one minute then reconnecting it. Then run the vehicle and see if the problem returns.
If it returns have a compression check done on that cyclinder, chances are a bad valve is the problem. LOL

Check spark plugs and wires. Could also be defective Coil.
I recommend replacing all plugs and wires at the same time.
