Question about 2006 Kia Spectra
When I make the first two or three turns out of my neighborhood in the morning, I hear the sloshing. I think it goes away after I drive for a while, so the heater core/coolant theory makes sense. Has anyone had any luck getting the dealer to fix this?
The only answer I could get out of my dealer on this was they called it an "adjustment" and wanted to charge me $50 bucks. There is apparently a Tech Service Bulletin about it, so they know the issue (air pocket in the coolant system) exists. They will only fix it for free if the car is under 1200 miles.

If there is a TSB out on this then they should fix it from free. If they don't do it then report them to Corporate HQ and find a new dealership.
