On the under-hood fuse panel. Number 6 is a 20 amp fuse that controls Right Rear Power window Motor, #7 is a 29 amp and controls the right front power window motor. #11 is a 20 amp fuse and it controls the Left Rear power window motor and switch... #12 is a 20 amp fuse and controls Left front power window motor and switch. There is also a relay with the letter C I believe marked on the lid that controls the Power windows. Not sure if your car is a four door or not and you might have another fuse inside the vehicle in the fuse panel that is #10 fuse that also controls the power window relay. I have the information and drawings of your fuse panels if you would like them sent to you. Send me your email and a shortcut to this posting and I will send you them. outdoorsman592003@gmail.com

SOURCE: need to know which fuse runs auto windows for 1996 jeep chereokee

the power windows work on a circuit breaker ...not a fuse. experience says to check the wiring that goes into the drivers door right where the harness bends ......more than likely a broken wire

SOURCE: My fuse panel does not

If you are missing the fuse cover that shows which fuse goes where then the best thing to do is remove each fuse (one by one) and look to see if the wires inside the fuse are connected..if you see black marks or broken connecters in the fuse then just replace it with a new one...another thing you can do is go to the local auto parts store and buy a $4.99 quick fuse tester/puller. Then you can test all of your fuses to figure out which one needs to be replaced.

SOURCE: Where is the interior fuse panel?

In the engine compartment, if you're looking in front of the car, the fuse box will be on the right side. Locate your intake and next to it will be a black box. That's the fuse box. It's Fuse 17 which is a 30amp

The drivers side electrical power window switch does not move drivers window up or down can be window intermittantly. all other window switches work properly.is there a fuse? I have replaced the whole...

if it works intermittanly then its not the fuse. In my opinion its 1 of 3 things. Either first the power connector going from the fuse to the window has a loose connection. 2 the switch itself has failed thus working intermittanly. 3 the motor is failing on the window. This should be the first 3 places you check but if you want to check the fuse its located in the high current fuse box in the engine compartment. An is D and is a 40a fuse. If you need further assistance please let me know, Thanks, Midwest-tek

How do i know what fuse operates the windows for them to go up and down? i have an 04 sebring

It should say windows or doors on the diagram of the fuse boxcover. if you have no cover then you will need to pull one at a time and make sure the wire inside the fuse is still one piece. if it has a melted spot in the middle or one the fuse replace it with the same amp fuse. Check all the fuses because sometimes more then one blows at the same time. Once you have either fixed the problem with a fuse then let me know with a good thumbs up. But if the windows still don't work then is it just one window or all of them all of a sudden quit working? We may need to delve into the posibility of the switches. They get corroded but i can help you with that as well. Keep me up to date, Raz

Need to know what the fuses go to windows wont go up or down all 4 of them

There are no fuses. There is a 30 amp circuit breaker, in the fuse block. The BROWN wire should have battery power at the switch. If it does, the window switch is most likely bad.

all the windows would usually be a fuse. it is located in your fuse box and should be a 35Amp fuse.
