Purchase a rubber gasket kit from any auto parts store ($20) and use a major brand High-temp RTV Silicone (tube $8).
REMOVE THE OIL PAN, AND CLEAN SURFACE THAT MOUNTS TO ENGINE. APPLY A THIN BEAD OF BLACK RTV SILICONE ALL AROUND SURFACE. REATTACH AND LET SIT FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
Either replace the pan and/or the gasket.
