Purchase a rubber gasket kit from any auto parts store ($20) and use a major brand High-temp RTV Silicone (tube $8).

Cant find the drain plug on the oil pan for my 1999 chrysler concorde lxi

The oil drain plug is located on the side of the oil pan, passenger side. It does not look like a typical drain plug, as it's one of those quick drain type. It is meant to be hand loosened and tightened. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN or you are in for a world of hurt. Just firmly finger tight

I have a 2004 Chrysler Concorde. The plug to the oil is stripped, but not leaking. Does this require a new oil pan or is there a part that can be placed onto the exisiting oli pan with new thread.

They make a over sized self tapping oil plug for these or you can use a universal plug like this one. Here is a link to a pic. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=626783

My 2003 chrysler concorde is leaking transmission fluid. what is causing that?

All depends on where it's leaking from. If it's leaking from the transmission pan, then it's going to be a bad transmission pan gasket. If it's leaking from the transmission cooler line or connections from the transmission to the radiator, replace the line or the connections or just the O-rings in the connections. If it's leaking from the transmission housing where the engine and transmission mates, then it may be the from pump or Torque Converter. The leak could be coming from the CV joint inner shaft where it connects to the transmission. Good luck and keep am eye on your transmission oil level, low transmission fluid will cause transmission failure.
