Go to www.hmaservice.com and register( Vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you have access to shop manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc. about your vehicle.... OR ... Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.

My dashboard lights (battery emergency brake light & air bags) are flashing on my dashboard while driving but go out when I come to a stop on my 2001 santa fe

Whenever this warning light or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating that the systems control module (or the system sensor in the case of lights like low oil pressure, door open indicators etc.) has detected a fault, it then disables the system (this applies to ABS,TCS, TCM, SRS and BCM faults and others) as long as the light is on. You must now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and "scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the problem(s)

the traction control uses a mechanism that if it senses that your tires are spinning it will automatically set your ABS to reduce the spin and give you more traction. you should have had the TCS off before you raised it up bbut i think you should look in your manual for a way to reset it if not you may have to take it to the dealership and have them reset it for you. hopefully you didn't damage the traction control sensor

There is a senor that is in the caliper they are pricey and annoying a way to try to see if its it make a soltuion of salt water, heavy salt soak the whole caliper reall good i mean real good with start the veh. back up and down the drive way then rinse it off throughly and see what thew the lights do, do this f or ll sides, make sure you throughly rinse after and dont let the salt water saty on for mor e than 10 mins. But this will fluse the senosr and clean it...Sometime resets them,,,,Sounds crazy but it works if that is the problem. Try this and let me know fro m there
