Question about 1995 Saab 900
Most likely the top pistons start to leak and the motor can create enough pressure to actually lift the top back to go in the storage area... i would let the tonuea cover lift open then get out the car and look around to see for fluid residue.. if not and there are no leaks.. possible the seals in the pump it self has gone out.. and the motor is still trying to pump... the pump and motor is located behind the rear seat under the small plastic panel/.
