Hi, the yellow box should not be removed. You will be able to remove the fuse pushing the fuse to one end and lifting the other out of the clips that hold the fuse in place.

I have 2006 taurus and no manual or labels on fuses need to know what fuse is for radio

The fuse you want to check is the F1-17 fuse in the battery junction box. This is the radio fuse.
The number F1-17 fuse is the red/yellow power wire at the radio. If the fuse is good pull the radio and check the red/yellow wire for power in, if you have power in , then suspect a bad radio. My next step would be to remove the radio and check the power wire going into the radio (red/yellow) . If you have power there, then the radio is likely bad. Ford has had major problems with the radios.

WHAT FUSE FOR RADIO

look in the fuse box in the engine bay. If there is a yellow plastic piece with 2 red (10A) fuses in it, one is for your radio. if not you'll need to specify the year and model of vehicle you have.

Where is the radio fuse on a 2000 dodge caravan

The fuse should be in the fuse box under the dash by the steering column. Just find your fuse box and on the fuse box cove will be a diagram of where and what each fuse operates.

Radio not working

It is the fuse inside that yellow fuse holder on the lower left side that is bad. Not the one that says audio that is the problem you can not see the fuse but it is in that yellow holder.

Radio won't work.. no power fuses in engine compartment and under dash are good

Remove the radio & check for power & ground at the connector - if power & ground are present, the radio is broken.

Blown radio fuse and cant find the blown fuse. no fuse scematic

look for a red 10A in your cars fuse panel.
Also, the radio should be fused in the yellow and red wires. They may be enclosed in a black box the wire runs into on some makes. Check them too and replace as necessary.
