Question about 2001 Volkswagen Beetle
I just had a problem with my AC going out then my temp gage wasn't working and the coolant kept overheating...little by little my car was slowly overheating and then it would immediately overheat as soon as the car was started! This too is a 2001 vw beetle with 75,000miles. No previous issues with the car either. Turns out my empeller on my water pump broke in 3 pieces...no fluids were flowing at all! good thing I stopped driving it. $400 fix

Could be a fuse or a relay..
Find the locations of them in your owners manual..
