Blinker won't turn off in my '99 Sebring! The blinker arm is in the middle (neutral) position but the right blinker continues to blink. I've pulled the fuse and then put it back but it continues to blink. Any suggestions?

Stalls (P0320 and P0340 DTCs). Checked wiring from PCM to distributor, checked okay though stall issue is intermittent. Checked signal from camshaft position sensor-square wave signal received from 0-5V, toggling once every crankshaft revolution. Checked crankshaft position sensor signal-pulsed at 5V for about 60 degrees of crankshaft revolution then 0V for rest of revolution, and repeated once per revolution for several turns of the crankshaft, but then lost signal from the sensor. It appears that I need to replace the crankshaft position sensor. I have no idea how to get to the sensor. From above the engine I can barely touch it, but cannot even disconnect the electrical connector. Am I missing something? Tell me the engine doesn't need to be pulled for that sensor. Also, I hear a relay click once for every crankshaft revolution at the same time that the camshaft position sensor pulses. I can't figure out why that would happen. Is this normal for one of the relays near the PCM?
