A/c blower motor works if I pull power and plug back in until I cut engine off. Then I have to repeat process

Daryl, You may want to check the blower relay/ just switch with one of same type and try and if OK, problem could be the blower motor, wires/plug loose, damaged, burnt or a faulty blower motor resistor. Second link has some trouble shooting of a overheating wire problem, that is to be common in these trucks. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

2002 grand caravan blower motor intermittent replaced resistor

in review
the fan speed resistor is new
you bench tested the blower motor
12 volts test ..only runs it at full speed
if cabin filer want changed the blower motor would run hotter

could be the motor brushes or bush/motor bearing when slowed
you might want to inspect the brushes and clean the dust out of the motor
if no better
does that have climate control ?
might be the fan switch itself or the earth isnt so good

Trouble shoot blower motor switch

Often times the problem is the blower resistor not the switch.
You would use a meter or a test light to check for power at the resistor and also the switch. The resistor controls power to the blower motor to adjust speed.

Heat or air doesnot blow

Check for power and ground at the blower motor electrical connector. If both power and ground are present, replace the blower motor. If power is not present, you may have a blown fuse, in which case your motor is very likely to be shorted and therefore, the cause of the blown fuse. If there is power but no ground, The most likely cause would be a burned blower motor resistor. (Ground is supplied through the blower control switch to the resistor, then to the blower.)

My blower motor doesn't work. I just tryed to install a new one and got the same resault. What could be tje issue? And how would I hard wire the blower?

Hi, there no need to hard wire blower motor. Have you checked the blower motor resistor. If not take a test light, turn ing switch then turn on fan motor. then take test light to blower motor resistor and see if you have power there if so check your ground if good, replace blower motor resistor and your blower motor should then work. If i can help any further just re post.
Thanks dodge tec

Front blower motor does not work at all with the heat or the a/c on the rear motor works fine. I have changed the relay and the fuse but it still doesnt work i wanted to know if its the blower motor or the...

There are the only three items remaining in the circuit. It could be Motor, resistors or on/off switch.
To test blower run a pair of jumper wires from battery to motor terminals and she if it runs .
Switch is easy : remove it from its connectors and jump the wires and see if it runs the motor.
Resistors your gonna ned shop manual fro to know the value of each speed so you can test them with an ohm meter. Good luck

Fan blower does not turn on I replaced blower, resistor and even a relay but does not work. So I ran a power wire from battery to resistor and it works what can be the problem?

The heater control, where you turn it on,and off, pull it out,it is most likely burned up where the connector attaches to the switch, and the connector, will most likely have to be replaced.
