Question about 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis
If the car has an air bag in the steering wheel, I wouldn't touch the job... have a qualified mechanic do it for you. It's a saftey issue.
Otherwise, I would recommend that you obtain a Chilton repair manual. The instruction on here wouldn't compare to step by step instruction and pictures in the manual.
