Question about 1993 Chevrolet G20
Look on bottom of the wheel holder. there is a latch that keeps the wide silver frame (wheel width) attached around the wheel. It also holds the flat exterior cover that hides the wheel. mine has a hinge that latches over a protruding metal circle. That protruding metal circle will allow you to insert a padlock. then no one open the silver framd and steal your spare tire. gotta get a lock for mine!

Most likely Gladiator conversion vans disappeared like many of the other conversion van companies. I am not familiar with Gladiator vans, but most of the conversion vans use the same setup. The chrome ring around tire is latched near the bottom, and usually padlocked to keep others from stealing your spare. If that is not the case, try http://www.v-sales.com/repair.htm . They still sell conversion parts and may be able to help you. Hope this helps
