SOURCE: power steering
Go to a parts store and tell them you want power steering return hose or transmission cooler hose. It comes in bulk, they can just cut off how much you need.

Proper Hayes manual explaining all carefully does not exist for that year/model.
Shame, I have used these manuals whenever I could get them.
Thereyou will find everything you need anbout how to fix that car.
But maybe she is not very different from previous years. Chck local library bokshop after looking good under your bonnet.

If it has fuel pressure and fuel to the regulator and the rails, the regulator is working, it is getting spark to every cylinder and the timing is correct, You have good compression, it is likely a faulty sensor. You can test each one with a sensor tester or ohmmeter/multi-tester
Relay or sensor.
