Question about 2008 Chevrolet Aveo
Check the belt tensions under the hood. could have a loose belt. could be alternator bearings. the car should still be under warranty- have the dealership check it out. may not be covered, but may be another problem that still is? how many miles on it? may need serpentine belt replacement. have it checked out by a reliable dealer or mechanic- ask friends for references!
belt should have no more than 1" of 'slack' at mid-point- if more, then tensioner pulley may need adjusting. belt can stretch after a while, and start slipping!
