Question about 1991 Chevrolet S-10
Turn the key to "on" don't crank it, just turn it to the position before. Listen at that time for a relay to click or the fuel pump to hum (you may need someone close to the fuel tank since this is a truck) If you don't hear either I would start by checking for 12V running to the fuel pump. If the voltage is there, the pump is probably faulty. Good luck, hope this helps.
