If it has struts you might need to replace the front ones, if not then you might look into having your front end looked at, if all else fails get new front brakes and have the front end greased and new shockes aswell as have someone check the tie rod ends and check your steering wheel for any play when turning to the left or right if so then you need new tie rod ends .

When i put on the brakes my car cuts off

Does the car hesitate and stutter as well? The first step I would try to put a bottle of Heat into the car to help rule out condensation (most likely not the issue).
My best guess would be that the idle air control valve either needs adjustments for when stopped or replaced completely.

hard brake pedal and the engine is idling rough usually indicates the power brake booster has gone bad. the booster has vacuum going to it from the engine so if the diaphragm in the booster starts leaking then it affects engine performance.

TRACTION CONTROL ISSUSE, ENGINE HESITATES at 50

What you have is brake debris in the sensor area. The hesitation is just the Traction control working. The Traction control is suppose to limit one wheel from spinning faster than the other. It does this by interrupting the engine and applying the rear brakes to the faster spinning side.

Most likely you have brake debris from the emergency brakes blinding the sensors. The rear E brakes are hidden from view and are actually small drum brakes inside the rear rotors.
