Sounds like the blower motor is not working. Make sure you are getting power to the motor. It is mounted under the dash on the passenger side, unplug the motor and with a test light turn on the air and see if you are getting power through the plug. If you are getting power through the plug the motor is bad and needs to be replaced. If you are not getting power through the plug the the switch on the dash is bad.

The blower does not blow air when the truck is really cold. No ac nor heat. I've replaced the blower motor resister and the fuse under the hood. It worked fine right after I did this but it got colder...

It sounds like you have climate control. If you do, then you will have to check/change the climate control computer before continuing.
May I also ask with make and model of vehicle you have in case I know of any common faults.
Try cleaning the interior air temperature sensor or checking this for a fault too.

It sounds like the system is fried. Based on the description, it is just pulling in the outside air and not doing anything to heat or cool the flow. Unfortunately, this is a job for your preferred mechanic.

Why doesn't my heating and cooling system come on when i start the car?

If this is a new problem, a temperature sensor may have gone bad. But if this is a new car to you, some Climate Control cars work this way.

Some will allow for Vent or Panel just to get air circulating, but the A/C should come on when you select A/C unless the outside temperature is too low.

For heater functions, the engine must warm up enough to provide heat. The Climate Control models will not turn on until it compares your temperature settings with how hot the engine water temperature is to provide this heat for you.

Now you may need to check the Antifreeze levels and check the temperature of the Radiator water to know if the Thermostat is working properly.

I have a 2000 pontiac grand prix with a digital climate control system. The heat quit working, it doesn't blow out any heat. Now that it is warm outside the air stopped blowing out any air. The digital temperature on the climate control is not correct. When it states that it is below 30 degrees on the ext and it is warm outside the air wont be cold. Once it starts going above 30 degrees the air gets colder. Today the blower stop working all together. Was told it maybe the climate control unit was bad. You can hear the door opening/shutting when you switch the temp from cold to hot. But there was no heat blowing out whatsoever in the winter time. Could you please give me your opinion on whether or not it is the climate control unit or something else?

No heat in car blower works, thermostat was changed coolant level good car runs hot

problem could be in the mode switch + check fuse to heater and ac mode switch.if blown your air door wont open and let heat enter inside car.if fuse look good you could have faulty mode switch.if you have climate control if you have a bad in vechicle sensor that will effect air door to open let heat in.this problem would be best for dealership.if dealing with climate control need a quick fix.too cold outside not to have heat in car.
