SOURCE: location of fuse box in Rav 4 1997

Yes there is also a fuse box under the hood. The schematic for fuses should be in the fuse box cover.

SOURCE: Radio & clock stopped working.

The fuse in postion 32 (15 Amp) in the box under the dash by the steering wheel also powers your cigarette lighter and radio also powers the clock. If only the clock is dead then it is not a fuse issue. This is a very common problem with the 96-05 Corolla clocks. The clocks are very prone to internal failure. There are 2 fuse are of concern in the driver are youll see an area that is like a drawer, where you can put thing in like small stuff ,money (well i do) remove that drawer and behind there is a fuse and comes with a white looking pick use that to pull and inspect the fuse on at a time, are any broken replace it, now the other fuse location from the driver section underneath is another set of fuses and comes with a white pick pull each fuse till you find the broken one, The fuses in the hood is called the battery junction, that s for alternator brake ABS, 02 sensor heater.

Sounds like a fuse. Check all of the fuses in the fuse box located under the dash next to the driver side kick panel and under the hood.

The radio on most american vehicles has two fuses powering its functions. Ie--CD player runes but is not amplified. Clock works but not radio. Check all the fuse headings again...ALL FUSE PANELS, there are usually more than one. sometimes 2 panels Inside and under the hood as well

Replaced fuses in my 06 Matrix. Radio and clock are still dead.

The 15 amp dome fuse is in the fuse box under the hood and the 15 amp CIG fuse is in the lower finish panel up under the dash on the drivers side. These are needed for the radio. The above fuses and also the 15 amp Gauge fuse in the box with the dome fuse under the hood are needed for the clock.
So...since both are dead it is likely to be 1 of the first 2 fuses mentioned.

Radio and clock dont work 2003 windstar

Recheck fuse 18 (15amp) in the central under dash fuse panel. This is the fuse that feeds all of the items you listed.Make sure it has power to it. If it does not have power to it then it maybe the accesory delay relay which it is the center top relay in that fuse box, this relay is fed by fuse 6 (30amp) in the battery junction box under the hood.
