Question about 1993 Toyota Celica
It sounds like your fuel pump or fuel filter is no good to check and see at either end of the fuel injector feed their should be what looks like a valve core stem you want to take the cap off and using a screw driver bleed the fuel system with the car running and see if any fuel sprays out if not then replace the fuel pump.
