I had the same problem. It was the blower motor resistor. To verify this, open the glove compartment and push in on the sides to release it from the dash. The resistor is right in front bolted into the duct with two screws (9mm Hex head) and their are two electrical harnesses connected, one with 5 wires and the other with 2 wires. To bypass the resistor, take a piece of wire and connect the plain dark blue wire to the black wire. If the blower comes on, the resistor is bad. Make sure that you have the fan on high to tell if it runs. The resistor should be in stock at a dealership and cost approximately $30. The Blower Motor Assembly costs about $90. Removal of the part is simple, disconnect the two harnesses and unbolt the two screws.

The problem is the BCM. The fix is a software update. Resetting the computer by removing and then replacing the 20 amp fuse marked 10D in the fuse box under the hood next to the battery is a temporary fix.

1st, There is a relay in the PDC, marked for starter, pull the relay out and swap with a relay beside it, if it works, bad relay. 2nd if not relay , remove and check pin no 30 with test light, should have power, straight opposite is pin 87 that goes to starter, jump these two pins and starter should crank over,if ok. 3rd, check pin 85, comes from nuetral safety switch, test with test light, pos batt to this pin 85, light should be on, if not you have a problem in that circuit or switch. 4th, pin86 comes from the igntion switch, yellow wire, in crank mod this pin 86 should light up with test light, if not, you have a problem with that cicuit, to switch, possible broken wires in collumn connecter to switch. GOOD LUCK RDJRP
