I washed my car and ever since I can't drive it breaks are locked please help

    Did you have the emergency brake on, and it won't release now?? Try to back up a couple of car lengths, then try forward.

Jack it up, remove wheels, spray rotor with wd-40 or equalivant and see if you can turn by hand if not hit it with a hammer till its freed up. make sure its in nutral and rear wheels are chocked. spray off ALL penetrant oil with brake cleaner before you put it all back together

You may still have water either inside the distributor cap, or down in the spark plug holes, causing the spark to short out. Also I have run into some that get water into the crankshaft position sensor connector at the back side of the crank pulley. Good luck.

Have you tried turning steering wheel left and right while trying to turn key. Tight locked steering wheel will keep pressure on lock mecinism.
