Vehicle: 03 Chev Astro Cargo Van. Style: 2WD/RWD; 4.3 liter Engine Problem: Yesterday, 'Service Engine Soon' light came on, today Brake light and ABS Light came on

It could be many different of things, but I would check the charging system and battery first. I have had many under charging GM vehicles that all the dash warning lights would light up.

ABS shoots on all the time

Yes, it can be a potentially serious safety problem. If the ABS system is not working properly it can cause the brakes to work erratically. Unplugging any part of the brake system is definitely not recommended, because that will produce more problems than solve any problems. You should have the brake system inspected and diagnosed by a certified repair shop.

Suddenly, No tail lights, brake lights, turns signal or back up lights At 83000 miles, 6 months ago, replaced head gaskets. 1 week later, service engine soon light came on. Tech said it was an oxygen...

just look for the blackened/burned pin on the rear light plastic connector and sand it down to re-establish a good electrical connection and save yourself $800 big ones on replacing the multiswitch.

Just had new brake line , brake pads, rotors installed on my 99 chevy venture van, after coming out of the shop the abs light is staying on, why? thanks

Because you now have an ASB System Malfunction

Most common cause is a Wheel Speed Sensor

Now--was it damaged by the repair shop

or did they not bleed the system correctly

or not clear the ABS Light?

No brake or tail lights

check the pigtail connector that attaches to the rear brake circuit coards. Unplug for the circuit board and check the plug for errosion/melting. If this 6 pin connector needs replaced it's pretty easy. I got mine at Amazon for about 30 each and totally solved the problem. AC Delco PT 246 is the part I believe for the 2001 year chevy venture van

I have a venture 2004 and in the display show (service engeniery as soom)

The "service engine soon" light is indicating the vehicle engine controller has identified a problem or failure of one of the controllers input or control units.
Take the van to your local Auto Zone and ask them to scan the van for trouble codes. The service is free and you can get an idea of what the problem may be. They may also be able to recommend and fix or a repair facility the can fix the problem for you.
Good luck.

Brake warning light just came on, 1999 Astro van

That only comes on if there is a parking brake switch issue or the mast cylinder has an issue independent of the ABS.
