The 2.2 liter engine doesn't have a fuel pressure test valve you need to connect fuel pressure tester in the fuel line back at the fuel filter or at the pressure hose up at the firewall.

How to check for fuel pressure on 2005 magnum 5.7l

To check fuel pressure on a 2005 Magnum 5.7L, you will need a fuel pressure gauge and some basic tools. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Locate the fuel rail on the engine. This is a metal pipe that runs along the top of the engine and has fuel injectors connected to it.
2. Remove the protective cap from the Schrader valve on the fuel rail. The Schrader valve looks like a tire valve and is used to measure the fuel pressure.
3. Connect the fuel pressure gauge to the Schrader valve. Make sure the gauge is securely attached.
4. Turn the key to the "on" position but do not start the engine. This will prime the fuel system and allow you to measure the fuel pressure.
5. Read the fuel pressure gauge. The fuel pressure should be between 58 and 62 psi (pounds per square inch) for this engine. If the pressure is too low or too high, there may be a problem with the fuel pump, fuel filter, or fuel pressure regulator.
6. Turn off the engine and disconnect the fuel pressure gauge. Replace the protective cap on the Schrader valve.

It's important to note that working with fuel can be dangerous, and it's important to take the necessary safety precautions when performing any work on your vehicle's fuel system. If you're not comfortable performing this task, it's best to seek the help of a qualified mechanic.

2007 monte carlo ss erg valve location

What size engine ? could have come with 3 different one's
Engine Controls and Fuel - 3.5L
Engine Controls and Fuel - 3.9L
Engine Controls and Fuel - 5.3L

Doesn't matter none has an EGR valve , has Camshaft Actuator System .
Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator System
The camshaft position (CMP) actuator system is an electro-hydraulic operated device used for a variety of engine performance and operational enhancements. These enhancements include lower emission output through exhaust gas dilution of the intake charge in the combustion chamber, a broader engine torque range, and improved fuel economy. The CMP actuator system accomplishes this by changing the angle or timing of the camshaft relative to the crankshaft position. The CMP actuator simply allows earlier or later intake and exhaust valve opening during the four stroke engine cycle. The CMP actuator cannot vary the duration of valve opening, or the valve lift.

What seams to be the problem ?

Have K341s engine on a welder and crank case flooded with fuel. what should I look for?

It is likely that this engine has a gravity feed fuel system such as the lawn tractor in the photo. The problem is if the needle valve sticks open, float fails to push the needle into the seat fuel will flow until the tank empties. The fuel floods the engine and leaks by the valve stem and cylinder rings filling the crank case with fuel.

What a mess and always a concern when fuel leaks. The preventative is to make sure the fuel shut off valve is closed when engine is not being used. Usually running the engine with the shut off valve will empty the carburetor of gas a good procedure to prevent the carburetor from fouling.

You must drain the oil completly and replace before running the machine.

Likely with the engine vibration the needle will operate normally. Removing the bowl and checking for contamination is recommended.

Adding a new filter and confirming the fuel shut off is working is also recommended.

Where is the fuel vapor purge valve located on a 2003 mustang gt

Look on the Fuel rail on the left and right side, there is usually a cap that looks like a valve cap or a tire. It will have a needle valve inside just like a tire valve, Beware, when you purge the fuel system, make sure the engine is not running or the key is on and make sure the engine is cool. It will spray fuel. Take a blunt end object and push down on the valve pin, be sure to cover your hand with a rag so it don't spray fuel in your face or on your skin. This should purge the fuel system. It may take a couple tries to get all the air out. Allow the fuel to disapate and dry up before you start the engine. This could cause a fire if there is raw fuel laying in the crevises of the engine. An air hose with a blow valve is helpful to dry up the fuel. Again, cover your face or wear safety glasses. I hope this is helpful, I own a 2003 mustang GT my self.

Location of fuel pressure test valve

Not sure about what engine you have, but here is the general procedure.

Open the hood. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
Look on the front of the engine and find the fuel rail. The fuel pressure regulator is on the right side of the fuel rail. Follow the fuel lines toward the firewall until you come to a Schrader valve with a black cap. Rotate the cap counterclockwise and remove it from the valve.
Wrap a shop rag around a small flat-head screwdriver and press the center pin in the Schrader valve - you have relieved fuel pressure when no more fuel comes from the valve. Install the cap back onto the Schrader valve. Hope that helps.

1996 Ford Aerostar 3.0 L V-6 Constant check engine light ON Ran codes. Code says vacuum leak on fuel canister. I'd like to change all the vacuum lines. Don't have a good schematic. Haynes manual only...

what codes?

The vacuum lines run from the canister to the intake manifold. One is the purge hose to deliver stored fuel vapor to the intake to be burnd when engine is warm and you are crusing at part throttle. The other line is the vacuum line to operate it.

Fuel Vapor Valve, Aerostar (4.0L Engine) The evaporative emission valve (9B593) uses a small orifice, 1.83mm (0.072 inch), that allows vapors to pass into the vapor line running forward to the evaporative emissions canister (EVAP canister) (9D653). This evaporative emission valve mounts directly into the fuel tank (9002) using a fuel vapor separator seal. Fuel vapors trapped in the sealed fuel tank are vented through the orificed evaporative emission valve. The vapors from the fuel tank leave the evaporative emission valve through a single vapor line and continue to the evaporative emissions canister in the engine compartment for storage.
-----------------------------------------------------
Fuel Vapor Canister Purge Regulator Valve, Aerostar, Ranger Removal and Installation
  1. Disconnect wire harness from evaporative emission canister purge valve (EVAP canister purge valve) (9C915).
  1. Disconnect wire harness from thermistor.
  1. Disconnect evaporative emission canister purge valve assembly from fuel vapor canister and throttle body.
  1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
