V6 3.8L??that code does not compute, do you mean P0108?? MAP sensor? make sure its plugged in and has vacuum to it.its a little sensor on the lf corner of the intake plenum.if it looks ok, have a shop ck it for you, you dont want to waste money putting on parts you dont need.

I only see a code P0108- Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP Sensor Circuit High Pressure) this is for both the V-6 and the 5.7 L V-8. this sensor measures the change in pressure in the intake, then converts the info into voltage output, what this means is that the vacuum is low, look for a lose or disconnected vacuum line, if none can be found replace your MAP sensor, I hope this solve your problem.

Where is the ignition coil located on a 1990 camaro rs

On the engine, passenger side mounted to the intake manifold. You should have a 6 inch wire coming off of the middle of the distributor cap to the coil.

Ford F140 4.2 Do Engine codes P0305, P0306, and P1518 relate to each other

I am assuming you mean F150 truck.
The answer is maybe.
Code 305 and 306 are missfire codes for cylinders 5 and 6.
Code 1518 is for a problem with the intake manifold runner control which could cause the other two codes.

P1518 FORD Description The Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) is monitored for failure during continuous or key ON engine OFF self-test.
Possible causes - Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) harness is open or shorted
- Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) actuator
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)

91 camaro rs 3.1 v6 will not start has code 12 and code 54

Well code 12 means you are in the test mode of the computer, so skip that one.
Code 54 is telling you the fuel pump circuit voltage is low, which could be the pump relay.

Went for a smog check; failed with trouble codes P0300, P1441 and P1870? What do the codes indicate. I have a 1996 Camaro RS w/ v-6 3800, auto.

P1441 CHEVROLET - Evaporative Emission (EVAP) System Flow During Non-Purge
P0300 - Cylinder Misfire Detected Random Cylinders
Possible causes- Faulty spark plug 1
- Faulty ignition coils
- Ignition coils harness is open or shorted
- Ignition coils poor electrical connection
- Clogged or faulty fuel injectors
- Injectors harness is open or shorted
- Injectors poor electrical connection
- Improper spark plugs
- Insufficient cylinders compression
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Intake air leak
if you noticed that the closes relation those two have to each other has to do with a leak possible vacuum leak. look for hoses or grommets that are very soft, loose, cut or disconnected. the other code P1870 pertains to a transmission component slipping you should not need that for a smog check to pass

does not matter which goes where on the heater core one from water pump straight to heater core and the other comes from the intake manifold, they both travel below the passenger side valve cover.
