Shocks are bad, they dropped because an internal leak of the prifice tube allowed the fluid to seep past, that is why you bounce all over also, not a hard fix but just a pain in the rear

Hello Jack, This is just a guess. I would check all of the tires for a bulge or bubble.

How do i release air from the rear shocks in a 2002 bravada, the car it sitting up very high in the rear and there is no bounce at all when hitting bumps in the road

Try going under the vehicle the sir pump is located in the rear wheel area.it has an activating lever..when the it detects weight the frame makes contact with it and the pump comes on..when the weight is removed the frame releases the lever..sounds like it may be stuck in the heavy weight position..try moving it by hand..if it moves but does not release the air the activator is bad..and needs checked...don't suggest disconnecting the hose..it will ride way to low and effect the ride control.. Good luck

My rear differential is broken and i would like to engage my front wheels so i can just drive with them. the car is headed for the junk yard im just trying to get a few more weeks out of it. it has smart...

what you are describing can't be done-unless-no -the rear drive shaft will still drive the rear wheels-smart track ain't so smart. you could drop the rear drive shaft out but then you'd leak trany fluid all out the tailshaft-why not pick up rear end at the junkyard and install-cheers Denny

Bouncing and front end vibration

warped rotors replace and then fix shocks since its what caused it in the first place also check ball joints and tie rod ends. see a typical vehicle use 70 % front brake and 30 % rear brake and when the shocks are bad a vehicle will use 80 to 90 % front brake which will cause the rotors to heat up over 400 degrees and then rapidly cooling causing them warp

Replace ball joints ? when I turn the wheel the front end seems to bounce.

Are all of your tires worn evenly? Any tire size variation can cause problems with your all wheel drive. Also , the fluid in the transfer case needs to be changed regularly. Use only the correct GM fluid
