If it is the same as a 2001
Take the tire off
Take the caliper off
Look for a retiener on one of the lug studs, remove as required.
It just come off.
The tire and caliper actualy hold the rotor in position.

Put new shocks and brake pads and now has noise in front pssenger side front

Did you relplace the rotors? Sometimes new pads on an old rotor can produce this noise because the pads are new and not worn as a pad to the old rotors like the old ones.

My car front end wobbles when braking and at higher speed

did you have the front brake rotors machined, they are warped. either replace the brake rotors or have then machined, I prefer just replacing them as they are fairly cheap.

My calipers have seized up on my 2004 Cavalier LS and want to know if I can use the parts from a 2002 Cavalier to fix them?

I do believe they are the same but the sure way to find out would be to call autozone and ask them for the part number for a replacement caliper for the 2004 and then ask for the number for the 2002 and compare them. Hope this helps.
