This is most likely caused by the caliper sticking making the brake pads continuously rub the rotor. I would recommend changing the caliper. If that does not fix your problem the next step is the master cylinder not releasing the brake caliper. If this is the case it will need to be replaced.

- Yes, it would be still the same. If it is a Drum brake then it could be an over adjusted self adjuster. It could also be the parking brake needing adjustment. If it is four wheel disc brakes then I stick with my original fix. Yes, your brake hose could be the problem, but more likely one of the others.

on the wheel that is hot, jack it up and see it the wheel spins free or drags? if it drags, then loosen bleeder on the caliper, it if now spins free, you want to replace that caliper hose, if it is still dragging, then the caliper piston is stuck and you will need to replace it.

This is probably your wheel bearing, not your brake.

- The parking brake is a part of the rear brakes in this truck. It also could be that the parking brake is out of adjustment and is rubbing the shoe (it's a drum) on the inside of the rotor.

And yes... good point, the wheel bearing problem would be for the fronts.
