SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSER.GET THE CODES READ TO CONFIRM. AS FOR THE VALVE NOISE,YOU MAY HAVE A STICKY LIFTER,TRY SWITCHING TO A THINNER OIL OR MAYBE TRY SYNTHETIC.
