As long as you use a flair nut wrench on the fittings it's not that hard. Since you aren't going to use the old hose over, if the nuts are frozen you can break the line off and use a socket to get them off. Don't loose any "o" rings (new kit comes with them as needed but make sure you know where the old ones are. New lines are often a slightly different shape than old one...make sure line is not rubbing on anything or it will wear through.
After filling, turn the wheel gently all the way to one side, then the other and re-check level. Most times any noise at pump will disappear after use,as any residual air bleeds out.

Leaking power steering fluid from both sides of front

You need to check all power steering hoses, hose connections and power steering pump for leaks. It's probably coming from one of these areas.

Where is the power steering preassure line in a a 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport

It is typically the smaller hose coming off the side of the power steering pump, and going straight to the steering rack.
The other line (low pressure) is typically fatter and come back from a radiator at the front of the car.

Power steering fluid leak in 99 Toyota Corolla

look for split in the hard line where fluid is leaking. If you see split, change the line only. make sure power steering reservoir is filled and rack and pinion is full (charge with steering wheel left/right motion). You should be able to remove wheel and inside wheel panel to see power steering fluid shooting out of any hole. There is hydraulic pressure on the lines.

Steering hard to turn to the left like power steering is out but turns ok to the right. Checked power steering fluid. It is OK

bad steering problems,,your steering rack most likely, but, have you recently been stuck in ditch? when wheels are straight, look at front of car when parked. do wheels look funny? one going one way, and the other going the other? may be alignment. is it leaking any fluid on either side of the front of the car? drivers side? passenger side? if it's not out of alignment,,,wheels out of alignment,,the steering rack is the problem. it may be faulty. if not leaking fluid,it may still be bad. first i would make a visual test look under the vehicle while someone turned the steering wheel to right and left while car is in park, emergency brake on!! look at the steering arms while they turn the steering wheel from right to left. no fluid leaks? any resistance in turning the wheel? any leaks,if so,go to leak and repair with steering line replacement.no leaks? suspect a bad steering rack. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com i love to volunteer
