Problem for BMW 2007 525xi Sedan

The airbag light is on.

The airbag light in my car BMW 525ix 1994 came on few months a go.
I took the car to BMW repair shop and there the car was connected to a computer, and the print out text was the following:

02 Driver side front airbag igniter circuit.
Resistance out of range.

What could be the problem?

u will need to replace the rotating clock spring contact under the steering wheel, it has an open circuit to the air bag, use caution when working with the airbag, disarm it as per factory instructions.
