I have marked the fuse you may want to check if you haven't already. Now there is another possible problem if the fuse is good and that there is a relay just for the darn tail lamps believe it or not even in an older vehicle as you have. The location of it is in the second picture and have marked the location for you. Hope I was able to help....

I have a 1987 toyota 4runner and no running lights or dash lights . The tail light fuse is ok but still no dash lights or running tail lights break lights light up fine.

THE DASH LIGHTS ARE USUALLY CONTROLLED BY A SMALL THUMB WHEEL NEAR THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH ON THE DASH. THAT IS A RHEOSTAT, THAT MAKES THE DASH LIGHTS BRIGHT & DIM. REPLACE OR BYPASS IT.

Have you looked under the hood? There are more fuses under the hood. Is your dimmer turned down on your dash lights?

91 camry tail lights stop working

Check with a test light to see if you have power at the tail light socket. If you don't, check the fuse. If the fuse is burnt, that's your problem. If it's not, check for power in the wires. Keep testing from back to front unil you find power. If one is broken or shorting out, the most likely place to find it is under the car, near the back where gravel stones can damage them.

I have a 98 Camry and was having problems with tail lights and fuses. I kept blowing a fuse which was making my tail lights not work. I tried paying very close attention to when they would be working and all the sudden not be working. I know it sounded funny, but I told my mechanic that it seemed if I used my trunk, my fuse would blow. Come to find out, the wire was touching the hinges of my trunk. So when I popped my trunk and closed it, it blew my fuse every time.
