We have a 1995 Chrysler Concorde and trying to remove the drive axle and nothing is working and the manual is no help.

Noise in transmission


the bearing is breaking apart dont drive it any more till fixxed youll just have a tow bill added to the repair. axle is around 150 to 200 for the part . 2hrs to change.

My 96 Chrysler Concorde clunks hard when I hit the gas or turn. What could this be? and is it unsafe to drive?


That's not enough information.

Suspects include:
1.) Cradle bushings
2.) Engine and/or Transmission Mount(s)
3.) Axle shaft CV joint(s)

My son has a 1995 Chrysler Concorde and we can not get the key removed from the ignition


HI, try moving the steering wheel to and fro, "note the slight movment at the key", if you have a automatic, make sure its in PARK.

Try going to AllData.com they are huge on Automotive manuals.
If not them then try Chiltons Repair manual for your particular year and make.
The public library also has access to these repair maunuals, just bring some change and copy the pages you need.Hope that works!!

This 2001 chrysler concord has a loud vibration, almost like something is rubbing but nothing is. It only makes the noise while driving and if you **** the steering wheel to the left alittle bit while...


sounds like wheel bearing but i would need to drive the vehicle before passing any comment ,ask a local mechanic to have a drive for me and post comment

Don't have an answer but I am stuck on mine still I used a wedger a pry bar got it so far and still stuck getting the CV Axel out heck I even wasted a whole can of pb blaster for this job its a 1996 Chrysler Concorde lx

Carefully remove the entire rocker assembly then replace the broken or worn individual rocker arm and reassemble..can be obtained at any Chrysler/Jeep Dealership...Ur Velcum

Replacing my 1999 chrysler concorde Lxi (3.2 litre) hub bearing


Get a chisel and pop the cap off the center of the hub, remove the hub nut, pull the hub flange and bearing of the stub axle, put the new one on and torque the hub nut to 125 ft-lbs
