Question about 2004 Chrysler Sebring
It is not a relay but it look similar , it is a square shaped box called Chassis Control Module or body control module. It is located under the dash. Here instructions for 99 model, location is the same.

The only things these items share is the BCM
Body Control Module.
There are on-boasrd relays that are not seperately serviceable.
You will need to replace the BCM.
