This is possibly a belt slipping possible from a tight compressor unit which is belt driven.Remove belt and feel the load on the compressor by hand...it should turn with some drag but quite freely.

When I turn heater and ac fan on Mars a loud noise what could it be

Inspect the blower fan assembly. Either something is in the fan or the bearing or bushing is shot. Replacement blower assemblies aren't expensive.

There's a knocking noise coming from my dashboard on the passenger side of my car a have a 05 cavalier and it kinda sounds like it has to do with the AC or heater any know how to fix this problem?

It is probably the blower motor itself, does it change sounds or quit when operating the fan? possible debris is in fan cage, fan has a bad bearing, or a blade balancer slip on weight fell off. remove and inspect, possibly plug fan in when removed and check for operation, while fan is removed check housing compartment for debris or foreign material laying in the bottom, check fan blade for signs of rubbing contacts or broken fins

I have a 2001 Cheverolet Suburban that makes a noise that sounds like when you stick a piece of paper or something in a fan and hit the blades at the time of acceleration between 1 1/2 and 2 RPM only for a...

It could very well be the fan hitting the fan shroud. Have your motor mounts inspected. You can do this yourself if you feel savy enough. 1. start the car 2. have someone either inside or out(depending on where you want to be)3.place in gear 4. place your foot on the brake and acelerate by snapping the throttle briefly and seeing if the motor raises. You also place it in reverse to check the other side. Replace as necessary. Let me know if you need anything else.

The heater will not work in the car when switch for the heater fan is on.makes a funny noise when you turn on the heater fan while driving.

You may have a bad fan motor or the basket on the motor has debris in it. Most times rodents will
get into pocket where the fan is and fill the basket with everything and anything they can get to. Try taking the fan out an inspect it for this and remove anything that may be in it. If this has occurred quite possibly you may have to replace it.

When the fan motor kicks in is making too much noise

the noise is the drain on the belt drive system upon AC start up, the belts may need to be tightened or the AC compressor clutch is in need of replacement, if you are saying when car stops you mean the engine is shutoff then this statement does not apply but if you mean when the vehicle comes to a stop at say a stop light then it applies.

Is my car ok to drive with a broken fan or AC belt?

Open the hood and start the car with the a/c off. Do all the components running on the drive belt seem to be working ok?
Turn on the a/c and check to see if the symptoms repeat themselves...
If with the a/c off everything is ok, then you're probably fine to drive until you can get the a/c unit serviced.
If the symptoms are happening with the ac off, then it could be an idler pulley or a water pump or alternator, or powersteering.
Best bet is to open the hood and do a bit of inspection/investigation with motor running.

Fast clicking noise from AC vent of 99 Honda Odyssey

Yes, your theory sounds right. You'll need to remove the blower motor or a cover on it to visualize the squirrel cage and remove whatever is causing the noise. In some vehicles there is a cover under the hood, which when removed, will allow you to inspect the blower housing. If no such cover, you'll need to remove the blower motor.

AC/Heat Fan runs continuously and Rear end roaring noise

Sounds like the wheel bearing on the right rear hub may be defective, that would cause the noise if the tires are ok. As far as the fan goes not sure this isn't working as designed.
