I have a 2013 Madza CX 5 and I need to attach my new license plate to the rear bumper. The plate is located on the door hatch, do I have to remove the inside panel to do this.

Unless they changed something simple into difficult, it should be a couple of screws outside the car on the back hatch or panel. No interior panels should have to be removed unless they over engineered this simple feature. Send a picture. If it is new, the dealer should be more than happy to install your new plate for you.

How do you open the back door (no manual)

Rear hatch is locked or unlocked with a key. (if equipped) • To open the rear hatch, insert the key into the lock, turn it to the unlock position and pull up the rear hatch by pressing the handle (DOOR). You can also lock/unlock the latch (but not release it) with the central door lock system. • If unlocked, the rear hatch can be opened by pressing the handle (DOOR) and pulling the hatch up. • To close the rear hatch, lower and push down the rear hatch firmly. Make sure that the rear hatch is securely latched.

I am salvaging the rear hatch door, rear bumper and exhaust off of a 2000 v70xc awd. Do you have instructions diagram of how to remove and what tools I will need?

Your best bet is to check an auto parts store for a Haynes repair guide. They have great written and photo directions on how to do all of this.

Can't get the dome lights to turn off.

If this started immediately after you bumbed the tree make sure it did not jar the back hatch door to were it is not shutting properly or you may have jarred the connection to the rear hatch door switch that makes the dome light go out,

I want to fit a towbar to my ford focus hatch 2008 model. What is involved in removing rear bumper Regards Brian Lamb

Pop the Hatchback open and remove the connectors
from the top of the bumper cover.

Optional Step: Using a Floor Jack, raise both sides
of the car in the back, supporting both sides with
jack stands, and remove the rear wheels.

Using Torx Bits, remove the inner rear wheel well
lining.

Get behind the rear wheel well and loosen the bolts
holding the bumper brackets on. They're pretty
difficult to find and remove. Be Patient. Do the
same to the other side.

Remove the rear bumper cover by pulling the cover
outward from the part nearest the wheel on both
sides. Once removed, take off the 2 black mounting
brackets from the bumper cover.

Rear bumper on mazda mpv

Removal of the rear bumper on an Mazda 2004 to 2006 MPV.
It's afairly simple task: 1) Open the rear hatch or (door) remove the torx screws at the bottom of the weather strip. 2) Remove both tail lights by unscrewing the two phillip screws on each light, once removed the lights pulling toward the side of the van. Let them hang from the wires. You will see a clip (white in color),pry it out from behind the bumper material and go to the next step. 3) Remove three 8mm head screws in each fender well and three plastic clips. Then remove an 8mm screw at the top corner of the bumper against the rear fender. If your car has splash guards remove them as well. 4) Remove the two clips at the bottom of the bumper attached to the under carriage. 5) Pull the bumper toward the back of the vehicle be careful with the tail lights. Remember, they are hanging loose.
And that's it, you have done it.
