Head bolt torque yield

90% of head bolts are stretched when installed. If you have the torque settings, you can confirm this by checking the specs. If it says example, 90lbs feet, plus a quarter turn, this confirms they are gonna stretch once torqued.
In any case, yes, change those head bolts at all costs. DO NOT RE-USE THEM. Make sure to torque and in the order as well. do not use a random pattern when torqueing.

Have availiable a 98 villager with water in the oil suspect water pump falure / overheat and warped head blown head gasket engine runs smooth labor to replace head gasket waterpump and true heads cost...

$1000 plus the costs to do head gaskets, bearings (remember, antifreeze in the lubrication system means cam and crank bearings), you are talking about a rebuild, since it's out and apart you may as well do the rings too (150,000)...align boring, deck the block, heads...with the misc. items you will end up doing, you might be better off looking for a low mileage junkyard engine instead of going through that one.

the fill tank has a float inside that is stuck, before you get an alignment your probably gonna want 2 replace the control arm bushings first and check the tie rods, the 4 bushings cost me almost $400 from dealer plus you gotta have them pressed in

How much would it cost to fix the head gasket pontiac sunfire 1999

If you get a Haynes or Chilton's repair manual on your vehicle and do it yourself, about $60 for the Head Gasket. If you have a shop do it about $200.
