I am not sure but.....
There is a level device located on conductor side, below the car near rear wheel. you will find it because is located on the chasis or inmovible place and the lever connect it to the back suspension, so, it the lever will move up and down when you push car defese down. Disconnecting cable harness will inhibit the function.
BUT, Strongly recomend no to disconnect, but fix the original crank problem To disconnect it will modify suspension response of the car and a lost of stability at high speed

How to install ac compressor for 1994 checy caprice 5.7L

You'll need to remove the exsisting freon. Disconnect the A/C lines from the compressor, and unplug the electrical connectors, remove the belt, unbolt the compressor. Reinstall. You'll need a vacuum pump to remove the air from the system, before putting in new freon.

Will all 5 steering boxes listed for 1994 chevy caprice wagon interchange? I replaced my box, but am not satisfied with the excessive center play, which causes 'wandwe'...my suspension has checked out as...

After you install the gear box you need to adjust the free play in it. There should be an adjustment screw on top of the box. The screw will have a loch nut on it, loosen the lock nut and turn screw to adjust.

My car has a transmission problem

Sounds like a tranny valve body problem. There's a down shift cable attatched to the throttle linkage (where the accelerater cable is). That cable may not be adjusted right. However if you dissconnect the cable from the throttle linkage try to pull the cable out to where it stops(it'll retract by itself). Then let it snap back.(repeat a couple times). This may unstick a vavle in the valve body

Fuse fule pump 93 caprice wagon

It's in the tank. You'll have to drop the tank. Use a jack to lower it. Becareful you may have to siphon off some gas if it is too full...you will splash fuel on yourself...(not that I've ever done that).
