How do I remove a transmission from a 2005 ford Taurus 3.0 engine

If you are doing it at home just drop cradle with engine and transmission then separate while it's on the floor. If not you are going to need special tools and equipment plus a lift.

How to replace rear window taurus wagon

I have not done this myself and I don't know if there is a good walk through out there but I have to believe this is pretty straight forward. There should be a concealing cover that can be popped off that should expose what I am guessing to be a torx style nut to it. My only advice is to have a second pair of hands there to hold the glass in place while the hinge is removed.

How to replace flywheel on '91 taurus

If car is an automatic transmission, it's not a flywheel, per se, but a "flex plate", and is removed just like a flywheel. The transmission will have to be removed first. Follow the repair instructions for transmission R&R. Big job, big pain.

Transmission fluid in the radiator means the cooler is gone. Remember if coolant is allowed to leak into the transmission then you will need a new one. That is a good excuse to go ahead and start looking for warranty prices!

I need a dip stick for a 1996 ford taurus lx auto transmission

As for obtaining the dipstick. You might try Napa. If not Napa, then a Ford Dealer. I doubt the dip stick is the end of your troubles here, though.
