Question about 2000 Lexus RX 300
Check battery. try getting a fully charged battery, and see what happens. i had that problem when my car battery was running low. check battery fluid level too. make sure the pins are hitting the battery fluid. if not then add distilled water.

Tony none of those repairs should have affected the clock in any way. sounds like an unlucky coincedence, but you should go back to the place where repairs were performed and ask them to check it for you. a health check should be performed to se if any fault codes are present.
