There is a coolant bleeder they needs to be opened to release the air pocket at the high point of the engine for the coolant to flow properly

Honestly, add more antifreeze, and less water. 50/50 mixture isn't good enough for these cars.

Can i run Lincoln 4.6 aviator without thermastat ?

You can run any car without the thermostat.. but the car is suppose to run with certain water temp. This is what the thermostat controlls. If you take it out check it by boiling water on your stove and If it does not open that is your problem.see if it open at 200* or less. use meat thermometer. If you take it out and the car still runs hot the problem is somewhere else. Like the electric fans are not running, The Water pump is going bad. loose fan belt not turning the pump, Something trash blocking air from radiator.. check all of these things. the car is running hotter something else is wrong. If you live in a really hot place you can buy a lower temp theromstat.. they come from 175*-210*. you really should run one.

YEAR MAKE AND MODEL IS ALWAYS A PLUS BUT ... ARE THE COOLING FANS COMING ON ? IS THE COOLANT CIRCULATING IF NOT POSSIBLY IMPELLER ON WATER PUMP IS BRKOEN FREE FROM THE SHAFT OR RUSTED OFF AND INEFFECTIVE. IS THE RADIATOR PLUGGED UP FROM CORROSION OR STOP LEAK. HEAD GASKET COULD BE LETTING COMBUSTION GASES INTO COOLING SYSTEM.

Try removing the thermostat and then remove the bleeder screw, put in the water hose in the radiator/expansion tank and see if the water comes out with pressure. If yes the system is not restricted but otherwise probably the radiator is blocked.
