What's your problem?power steering unit

Sounds like a difficult-to-replace hose has ruptured. Sorry, I don't have a diagram. The hoses (only 2- pressure line and return line) run from the pump's reservoir down to the steering unit behind the engine. It's a cramped place and difficult to get your wrench there to loosen and remove the hose. Sometimes you need to lower rear of engine cradle 2 or 3 inches to get to it.
I'm not trying to dissuade you from doing it-it can be done by a DIY-er, but wear protective ear equipment if you are curse-prone like me(lol).
Put a half-pint or so of fluid in reservoir, start car, get underneath (Be safety conscious!), and wiggle the two lines. You will likely spot the break-careful it doesn't get all over you. With that big a leak, anything other than a line break would be easy to spot on the pump or on the rack and pinion unit in back of engine mounted on a cross member. Good luck.

Vacume line diagram for 2001 dodge grand caravan looking for the line that runs to the ac / heater,

It sounds like vacuum is not getting to the vent, heat and A/C controls. Find the vacuum can. It may be under the hood on one of the inner fenders. Trace the lines back to the vacuum block at the intake manifold or fire-wall, and also back to where the line goes thru the fire-wall. Check the can for leaks or obvious holes. They used to be just a plain metal can, but it could be a plastic ball. Check the lines as you go for breaks and rub-thru's. Move the controls thru all settings and listen for vent door movement. (Run the engine momentarily to build vacuum in the system.) Worst case is a bad vacuum motor or air flow position selector switch.

I have hard break peddle with little breaking power. I checked the vacum pump a found 13 inches of vacum. the hose removed from the vacum booster will **** your finger to it with motor running. the truck...

Hello, Check other Vacuum lines for leaks. If you have a 4x4, they can have Vacuum operated hubs and a leak anywhere will draw down the Vacuum. I found most pumps running at about 21psi. Check for a Vacuum Reservoir. The older models used one looking like a coffee can and they would rust on the bottom and leak.

If you take off a vacuum line and use a hand vacuum pump, you should easily find a leak on one of the remote lines. Another test idea is to remove the Vacuum pump lines, put in soapy water, and pressurize with about 3 PSI. Any vacuum leaks will blow bubbles and soapy fluid. Its your choice on what to do. I would reserve the soapy water for a line I find to leak with a hand Vacuum pump.

Many of the people wih your problem replaced the vacuum pump and were good to go. But if you can measure the vacuum and find the leak, you may save money on a part you do not need.

I have a break line leak. Any ideas on fixing it? Can I weld it? Should I just run a new line? How does the line run? Are there multiple lines?

There are multiple lines, but lets fix the one thats leaking. You need to run a new line. Find out how long the line is and what kind of ends it has. your local parts store will be able to help you. Once you have a new line in place, you wiill to bleed the brakes before driving.

I need a break line diagram for 1995 ford countur

It doesn't connect to master cylinder. The line should connect to a proportioning valve, then from valve to master cylinder.Star at master cylinder and follow lines to proportioning valve.

Gas line leak. looking for a diagram of how gas lines are run

The Lines are simple if it's a 2.4 EFI the lines run on the driver side inner rail from the center top of fuel tank, and up the middle of the firewall to the injector rail or throttle body carburetor there is also one line that runs from the evap canister back to the tank and to the fuel system three lines total one is a return line the large line is the main fuel line and has the fuel filter mounted on it and is under the driver side door inside the frame rail.

Cant get any breaks after changing break lines

You need to bleed them...bleed master cyl first,(if it has bleed screws use them if not use line fittings) then rr, lr, rf, then lf. Maker sure that all fittings are not leaking and that while bleeding, master does not run dry. Use light pressure on master, don't "mash" it down. You may need to bleed twice to get all air out.
good luck. (any problems, post back!)

Had breaks bleed and 3 days later no break again. shop told me that it needed a break fluid val some one else said break line which is it somebody help me plz

check to see if your wheel cylinders are leaking, then check for leaks at the brake lines, if no leaks, have the brakes bled properly there maybe air in the lines. you have to do both wheels, front to front, back to back, check master cylinder.
