Question about 1999 Chrysler Concorde
The Car may be experiencing some problem in its Transaxle. The Detected problems have forced the Car to go into " Limp-In" Mode which will restrict the Car from going out of 2nd gear. This is done by the car itself to get the Car be always driven in a Moderate Speed unless the issue is resolved. But this issue doesn't arise by its own, it is always accompanied with a code. Kindly use a Code Scanner to get the Code. After you get the code, give it to Fixya and we will surely sort it out. But to a brief discussion on this issue, this problem is commonly arisen by a faulty Output Speed Sensor. Please check it and positively reply us about its current state. Also take in view that it can also be a Electronic Failure or a Hydrolic Pressure issue. But I, at the first preference, warn you that you don't try to reset the Battery of the Car. If you do it, this will not only erase the code from the Memory, but also make the issue impossible to be diagnosed.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.
