If you mean the radiator, there is a small plug you twist on the bottom corner of radiator on the side nearest the engine.

I am having a problem with my 2012 Skyline 26SS travel trailer. Hot water coming out of both hot and cold facet. Hot water runs out fast in either valve.

sounds like previous owner did not do the plumbing correctly, 'no kidding' he says.
troubleshoot each line at the hot water tank and cold water tank. and look again for a bypass valve. ours is under the kitchen sink on the back of the hot water tank

Have water in fuel Suzuki xl7 how do I drain the tank

no year, huh? some years have a check valve , there,....
this forum is for usa cars, is car USA car?
the tanks just dont like siphoning. (check valve)
the FSM covers this , in the fuel section under bad pump.
1998 to 2006, ill guess, 06

i have the FSM and does not cover. bad fuel, no drain plug.

it shows how to get fuel lower, in filler neck
the tank has check valve at it its metal neck.
so inserting a hose in filler, will hit this check valve.
and all you get out , is 1/2 fuel.
id use the tank out procedure.
then empty all fuel, after step 5.
quote:
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Relieve fuel pressure in fuel feed line.
  3. Due to absence of fuel tank drain plug, drain fuel tank by pumping fuel out through fuel tank filler.
  4. Use hand operated pump device to drain fuel tank.
  5. Remove fuel tank.

tip tank to drain the remainder. out

here is one more way. (IDEA!)
do 1-4
then tip car to left. Jacks then stands at frame.
then remove the filler hose on tank
remove that pesky check valve. from neck last.

and pump out the rest.

HIdden away somewhere near your water tank, you'll find valves to open or close.. You're going to have to experiment.. You should find a line from your water tank with a valve... and you should see a line coming from the outside hose feed that has a valve. Only one of these should be on. Also, pay attention to the lines near the hot water heater... Those can be wrongly off or on.. or by-passed. You're going to have to play with it... Good luck...

No heat running hot i changed thermostate

You have a blocked heater pipe or pipe running to heater, some vehicles have a electric valve on the inlet pipe of heater that open & close allowing water through, they sometimes become stuck & need replacing. Also the system may have air in the system, you will need to bleed it.
But If you have water bubbling up in the header tank (expansion bottle) if you see when engine warms up water rising in it & also dropping in it, then your water pump will need replacing, because it is not pumping the water around the system.

Got a P0456 engine code. Also leaking about 1/2 cup water overnight under the engine area.

You have to smoke test the evap system & use a scan tool
& follow trouble charts to diagnose

That has to be done by a repair shop--- otherwise you just throwing
parts at it

Recycled fuel pumped back into wrong tank

There should be a valve that selects the tank to be used. On some models this is a valve with 6 lines, two from the engine and two for each tank. There are check valves in the pumps and this control valve to prevent fuel from being returned to the wrong tank.
You may have to disconnect the other tank to find out the exact problem.

We just had a major storm i think maybe moister got in gas tank i was wondering if a can of dry gas would work

they have additives that remove water from fuel,, however that depends on how much water your talking about, if your sure this is the problem,, I'd drain the tank, and start new if you suspect a bunch of water got in,, you might also check the distributor cap for moisture in there, that causes missing and bad running also

Ford escort wagon 1997 code p1443 displayed. what does this indicate & where is the cannister? thank you.

P1443 - EVAP Control System / Vacuum System Purge Control Solenoid Or Purge Control Valve Fault. A fuel tank pressure change greater than minus (-) 7 inches of water in 30 seconds occurred with a purge (fuel vapor) flow at less than 0.02 pounds per minute.

Possible Causes:
  • Blocked fuel vapor hose between the EVAP canister purge valve and the FTP sensor.
  • Blocked fuel vapor hose between the EVAP canister purge valve and the engine intake manifold.
  • Blocked vacuum hose between the EVAP canister purge valve solenoid and the engine intake manifold.
  • EVAP canister purge valve stuck closed (mechanically).

  • Possible Solution:
Check for blockages between the fuel tank, the EVAP canister purge valve, and the engine intake manifold. Check for obstructions in the EVAP canister purge valve diaphragm and ports.

The canister is on the passengers side near the firewall if I recall correctly.
