Question about 1997 Pontiac Sunfire
You'll need to drain from the radiator drain plug, then refill through the coolant bottle, remember to use 50/50 mix of coolant / antifreeze and deionized or distilled water.
Also remember before draining out the old coolant that you should add radiator flush or coolant system cleaner to get the insides clean.
Coolant can be very very hot, be very careful, do not open the radiator cap while hot, the cooling system is under pressure and will burn you is hot coolant is contacted, also hot coolant can make your skin to bubble or deform when very hot and under pressure.
