Question about 2003 Ford Windstar
One of the power doors will not stay closed at times, it continues to reopen unless car is running. The other door will not open unless you hold the unlock button and the opener button simultaneously. Sometimes it seems as if the weather makes a difference. The mirrors work up to a certain spot then will not. You can only adjust up close to the car. When you get out further it quits operating. Sometimes the driver side door does not lock with the power locks. Only that lock does not go down. We have cleaned all of the contacts with alcohol, sometimes that seems to help but it may be coincidental.
You may have to inspect the wiring of the devices. If you say the contacts including those for the relay are ok, then the ground connection or exposed conductors may the the source of the problem. Water, vibration may cause failures for such cases.
