Question about 1993 Ford Festiva
There is a Ford Rotunda tool called a "Bearing Cup Puller" (Part #T77-1102-A) that is used to remove the bearings. You can obtain a similar tool from the major tool suppliers. The procedure is rather straight forward, but requires a press to push out the shaft if it will not come out by itself or is stuck (to get at the bearings).

You have to take the spindle assembly of and press the hub out the outside remove the clip and press the bearing out the other side. If you dont have a press you can take the spendle of and take it to a machine shop for the press work. If you do have a press be carefull to support the spindle close to the bearing so you don't break it.
