You most likely need a window regulator.

Key stuck in ignition

You may need to remove the steering wheel column plastic covers to access the ignition key mechanism. Once this is done, you can remove the entire key tumbler set with the key or try to work the key loose. Be sure to push the key release button usually locate on the column near the key switch. Be sure you used the correct key also and if you have, it may be time to replace the complete ignition switch, which comes with a new key too. Having heavy items on your key ring can cause premature wear of the ignition switch.

You also could call a locksmith to remove the key, but this may cost anywhere from $45 to $100+.

1999 mercedes E320 doors and trunk will not open or lock electrical

This is likely not an electrical issue, but a vacuum issue. You likely have a vacuum leak somewhere in the car. Either that or the vacuum pump has failed, which is also another common issue on all Mercs, even new ones.
If I haven't got my models mixed up, then it should be located under the back seat. There's a picture of the vacuum pump below for your reference.
It's best to use a vacuum tester, as your mouth likely won't be good enough to perform a **** test on each vacuum circuit. Leaks can occur anywhere on that car, and I mean anywhere, so even though there are a few of the most common places, e.g. seat cushion bags, rear seat switches, boot release and such, I don't want to let you think that issues are only limited to the more common areas.
This entire vehicle is a living nightmare in my opinion. I've never worked on anything as unreliable as this car, and I've worked on a LOT of different cars.
Sorry for the bad news. If you love your car and can put up with all it's issues, then I can't knock it and fully respect your choice. If you want a reliable cost effective, luxury and/or performance car though, then you should seriously consider getting rid of it and going for something else.
If you are posting here for tips, then I assume you are not someone with extremely deep pockets, and with a potentially unlimited budget at your disposal. I repeat, this car can be a potentially huge money pit that will always be in need of repair.
Good luck! I sincerely mean that.

My 2001 Oldsmobile Alero wont start, it trys to turn over, but no go. i can hear the fuel pump working, any ideas?

It could be a problem with the passlock system. Does the security light flash when you try to start it?

I have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 4x4. my headlights don''t work but if i hold the bright light switch back like i''m turning my brights on, my lights work, but only if i hold the switch back without letting it...

Dodge had a problem with bad headlamp switches. They will get hot enough to melt the switch and the connectors. Replacement switch comes with new connector and pigtail wires which require cutting the old wires and soldering new ones to the old and seal with shrink tubing. Do NOT attach with crimp connectors (**** connector). Take the extra effort to do a proper solder job on them. The switch is pricey - mine cost me about $100 from the dealer.

Cost of rear end

When you say "new". Do you mean brand new, or used. I work in a recycling yard, and depending on the ratio (there's a tag on the read differential) it can sell from anywhere between $200 to $400. A brand new rear from what I've been told can go as high as $2000.

1992 Buick Regal turn signals not flashing (stay on)

Check and make sure the flasher you changed is for the turn signals and not the hazzards. If all is okay there test the turn signal switch itself and the hazzard switch. You want to check the hazzard for it overrides the turn signal switch. To check see if you get current to the flasher. If not go to switches. If you do you have a wiring problem. Make sure you are checking things with a test light.

Drivers electric window doesnt work,

No. Even if they were both electical, they would not interchange with one another. Your best bet is to bite the bullet and get a new motor and regulator.

Convertible top has flaps hanging on inside of car. back seat area both sides, looks like it should snap to something but don't see anywhere to snap it.

There is a nylon cord that pulls the side flaps down when it opens. On mine one of the eyelets that the cord runs through broke ( a plastic piece. I am working on mine now. one sid eof mine still works right and I'm able to copy it. I'll post the solution when I get it fixed.
