P0016 crankshaft/camshaft timing misalignment
p0340 camshaft sensor
intermittent crankshaft sensor
PCM detects an error when the camshaft position is out of phase with the crankshaft position

Also try replacing the crankshaft sensor. Sometimes they get dirt on them.
