Sounds like you have a fuse box that has become separated internally. I would recommend you purchase that from a dealer, as they have a better warranty.

No power to power windows

Have you actually checked for power at the driver's master switch?
I don't think there would be a window relay, there is probably a power window circuit breaker in the instrument panel fuse box.
If no windows work, pull the master switch out and check for one hot wire with key on. If none, check for broken wires in driver's door opening. Your ground for the windows will be in that group of wires too. Both must work for windows to operate. If you have power and good ground at the master switch, and no windows work, probably a bad master switch.

Power windows relay

There is none. Power windows come from a circuit breaker in the fuse panel. If no windows work, look for a hot wire to the driver's window master switch, with key on. It may be a violet wire, and the ground for the windows originates at the master switch and runs back into the cabin to a nearby ground. Check for broken wires in the door opening. Likely either the power wire or the ground may be broken, and need splicing back together. If the wires are good and you have power to the switch and the ground is good, it is possible that the master switch may be bad.

All windows except the driver's side are not working.

First, if the driver's window is working, there is no need to waste your time looking for fuses. ALL of the windows are powered by the SAME fuse.

The first thing I recommend checking is the window "lock" switch on the master switch. If it is in the "lock" position, none of the other windows will work (it is designed to do that)

Other than that, you need to check for power and ground at all of the other door switches. The BLUE/BLACK wire at each of the switches should have battery voltage anytime the ignition switch is in the ON position. If they do not, the wire is broken between the splice near the driver's door and the right front door. Both the RED and the GREEN wires at each switch should have continuity to ground anytime the master switch is at rest with the "lock" switch in the unlock position (the lock switch breaks these grounds to "lock" the windows and prevent them from being operated).

1990 Corolla. None of Power windows operate from master switch at driver's door, or from local switches at each door itself. Cannot find fuse labeled for power windows (ie PW). All fuses read good

Hello. Welcome to FixYa.

The most common cause of this issue is a bad master switch on the driver side door. Another common cause is a broken power wire that powers up the master switch. CHeck the wries on the connector of the master switch with a 12 vlt DC testlight, with the key on. If you have power, the wire is good, and the switch is probably bad.

My power windows dont work

First I would check the fuses if there good then make sure you have power to the switch. You can check that with a test light on the main connector to the door.If you have power to the switch Then make sure that the master lock for the windows is off. Then if that doesn't work check for continuity across the switch. The main thing I would check are the fuses and the master window lock first if none of the windows are working.

None of the power windows work.No local or master controls work.

start by checking fuses, then relays. if the main switch goes on driver's door goes out then none of them will work.... i would recommend a new switch not a used one.
