create a new line for the stop sign. run a wire from battery to stop sign. put a switch in the positive wire and include a fuse, 7-15amps will do.

If my car jump time would it still try to turn over but slow?

You have a timing chain which should last 150,000 miles or more.
It could jump time and it could crank slowly but I doubt it.
Do you know if the battery is fully charged ?
Was anything wrong before you replaced the battery ?
Did you try to crank the engine after it cooled off ?

Sluggish starting dodge

"Sluggish" starting is the first sign of a shorted battery cell. If your battery is original, it is time to replace it.
If you are certain that the battery is in good condition (meaning it has been thoroughly tested) then it may be time for a tune- up.
Otherwise, I would recommend scanning your computer network for possible fault codes and diagnosing accordingly.

Where is the positive pole of battery

It should have a + sign on it. Or, if it's in the car already, it will have a + sign, and the red cable will be hooked to it. The negative runs to the engine block, and the positive to the starter, or relay. Both are marked with a + or - sign molded into the battery body.

Electric part issue

The normal rule is when something "strange" is happening it is a ground issue.
Remove and clean your battery cables, not only at the battery but follow the cables and clean them at the block, starter etc...
When replacing the connection use a dielectric grease or chasis lube to coat the terminal.
Hope that helps.
